Geena Gauthier is a dedicated pitching instructor at Progressive Dynamix, recognized for her passion, leadership, and commitment to helping young athletes thrive in the circle. As a current starting pitcher for Delta College Softball with 9 years of playing experience, Geena brings competitive insight, technical skill, and a heart for mentorship to every session.
A standout at Pinconning High School, Geena recorded over 700 career strikeouts—including an impressive 309 strikeouts during her senior season. In her first collegiate season, she continued to dominate with 211 strikeouts, showcasing her ability to compete and lead at the next level.

Nathan Masar
Catching & Pitching Instructor & Mental Performance
Saginaw Valley State University
Nathan is a pitching and catching instructor at Progressive Dynamix, bringing over 15 years of baseball experience and a true passion for helping young athletes grow. As a sophomore at Saginaw Valley State University, Nathan is transitioning to a pitcher-only (PO) role for the 2026 season after excelling as a pitcher/catcher combo throughout his career—including the 2025 collegiate season.
He’s dedicated to giving young athletes the coaching, mentorship, and skill development he wishes he’d had as a player. Nathan’s approach is all about helping kids reach their goals, love the game, and build confidence both on and off the field.
2025 Season Highlights:
- Pitcher/Catcher combo for SVSU
- Relief pitcher: 61 strikeouts, 2 saves
- Top fastball velocity: 95 mph
- Collegiate summer ball with Muskegon Clippers: 31 strikeouts

Izy Lathrom — one of the most respected and dynamic instructors in our program.
A returning mentor and fan favorite, Izy combines elite-level playing experience, contagious energy, and an unmatched commitment to helping young athletes build both skill and confidence.
As a 2nd-year starting shortstop for Delta College Softball, Izy has become known for her leadership, consistency, and game IQ. She’s a living example of what happens when preparation meets passion — and she brings that same fire to every athlete she coaches.

As a four-year varsity starter at Michigan Lutheran Seminary and current 2B at Northwood University, Luke has proven himself as both a leader and a high-impact player.
Luke’s journey includes championship seasons, standout stats, and a deep commitment to youth development. He’s coached at summer camps in Maine, mentored high school athletes, and brings a unique perspective from working alongside Northwood’s athletic director.

Jenna Morse — a passionate, versatile, and accomplished instructor joining Progressive Dynamix!
Jenna brings a lifelong love for softball, deep experience across every position, and a standout record as both a player and mentor. Her journey began on the baseball field at age five, transitioning to softball at ten, and growing into a leader in the infield and behind the plate. Jenna’s competitive drive and commitment to athlete development make her a game-changer for our program.
After starring for the Mid Michigan Bolts (10U–18U) and Bay City Central High School, Jenna continued her career at Lansing Community College and now Saginaw Valley State University, where she’s pursuing a degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Athletic Coaching.
Jenna’s coaching style centers on building confidence, skill, and a positive mindset—helping every athlete reach their full potential both on and off the field.

Jeff Rosas is a youth catching instructor at Progressive Dynamix, specializing in building strong fundamentals and confidence in young athletes. With over a decade of coaching experience, Jeff creates a positive and supportive environment where players can learn, grow, and enjoy the game.
