A standout at Pinconning High School, Geena recorded over 700 career strikeouts, including an impressive 309 strikeouts during her senior season. In her first collegiate season, she continued to dominate with 211 strikeouts, showcasing her ability to compete and lead at the next level.

Cole Crouch brings elite-level experience, proven leadership, and a strong passion for athlete development to the Progressive Dynamix coaching staff. With 11 years of competitive baseball experience, Cole is a well-rounded former player who understands what it takes to perform—and succeed—at every level of the game.
A standout at Whiteford High School (Ottawa Lake, MI), Cole was a four-year varsity starter who earned numerous honors for his performance:

Cole continued his playing career at the collegiate level with Delta College, contributing as both a pitcher and a first baseman. He also competed at a high level in travel baseball with Total Sports and the NWO Fighting Irish, gaining valuable experience and insight into advanced-level competition.
While a torn UCL ended his playing career early, Cole’s passion for the game only grew stronger. Today, he is dedicated to giving back to the sport by helping the next generation of players elevate their skills and baseball IQ.

Nathan Masar is a multi-talented athlete and instructor who brings over 15 years of playing experience and nearly a decade of focused instruction in hitting, catching, and pitching.
Currently competing at Saginaw Valley State University, Nathan combines collegiate-level experience with a strong dedication to developing young athletes.
He is pursuing a degree in Physical Education with a Coaching minor, underscoring his passion for teaching and mentorship. Nathan specializes in refining mechanics, building confidence, and delivering position-specific instruction tailored to each athlete’s individual goals.
His playing background includes summer collegiate experience with the Hastings Sodbusters (Nebraska) and upcoming competition with the Muskegon Clippers. A former multi-sport athlete in hockey and football, Nathan brings a dynamic athletic perspective to his coaching style.

As a current collegiate athlete at Delta College, Alicia combines competitive playing experience with a sincere dedication to athlete development—both physically and mentally.
With over nine years of experience in softball, Alicia offers a well-rounded skill set and a deep understanding of the game. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in individualized instruction, allowing her to adapt her teaching to each athlete’s strengths, needs, and goals.

Dan Wilcome is a dynamic instructor at Progressive Dynamix who specializes in agility training, mental performance, and pitching development. As a current collegiate pitcher at Saginaw Valley State University and a student of Exercise Science and Athletic Coaching, Dan brings a unique blend of on-field experience and academic expertise to his coaching style.
A native of Cheboygan, Michigan, Dan graduated from Cheboygan High School in 2022, where he built a standout athletic career:
