Geena Gauthier is a dedicated pitching instructor at Progressive Dynamix, known for her passion, leadership, and commitment to helping young athletes thrive in the circle. As a current starting pitcher for Delta College Softball with 9 years of playing experience, Geena brings competitive insight, technical skill, and a heart for mentorship to every session.
A standout at Pinconning High School, Geena recorded over 700 career strikeouts, including an impressive 309 strikeouts during her senior season. In her first collegiate season, she continued to dominate with 211 strikeouts, showcasing her ability to compete and lead at the next level.
Her exceptional performance has earned her numerous accolades, including:

Nathan Masar
Hitting, Catching & Pitching Instructor & Mental Performance

Nathan Masar is a multi-talented athlete and instructor who brings over 15 years of playing experience and nearly a decade of focused instruction in hitting, catching, and pitching.
Currently competing at Saginaw Valley State University, Nathan combines collegiate-level experience with a strong dedication to developing young athletes.
He is pursuing a degree in Physical Education with a Coaching minor, underscoring his passion for teaching and mentorship. Nathan specializes in refining mechanics, building confidence, and delivering position-specific instruction tailored to each athlete’s individual goals.
His playing background includes summer collegiate experience with the Hastings Sodbusters (Nebraska) and upcoming competition with the Muskegon Clippers. A former multi-sport athlete in hockey and football, Nathan brings a dynamic athletic perspective to his coaching style.
As a proud Mid-Michigan native, Nathan is passionate about giving back to the community that shaped him. His mission is to help the next generation of athletes unlock their full potential—both on and off the field.

Izabel “Izy” Lathrom

Izy Lathrom — one of the most respected and dynamic instructors in our program.
A returning mentor and fan favorite, Izy combines elite-level playing experience, contagious energy, and an unmatched commitment to helping young athletes build both skill and confidence.
As a 2nd-year starting shortstop for Delta College Softball, Izy has become known for her leadership, consistency, and game IQ. She’s a living example of what happens when preparation meets passion — and she brings that same fire to every athlete she coaches.

Jeff Rosas is a highly respected instructor at Progressive Dynamix, specializing in the development of catchers at all levels—from youth athletes to collegiate players. With over a decade of coaching experience and a sharp focus on both physical and mental development, Coach Rosas is a trusted mentor for athletes striving to excel behind the plate.

As a current collegiate athlete at Delta College, Alicia combines competitive playing experience with a sincere dedication to athlete development—both physically and mentally.
With over nine years of experience in softball, Alicia offers a well-rounded skill set and a deep understanding of the game. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in individualized instruction, allowing her to adapt her teaching to each athlete’s strengths, needs, and goals.
Alicia creates a supportive and encouraging training environment where athletes are empowered to grow through challenges, develop confidence, and celebrate their achievements. She provides expert instruction in hitting, fielding, and base running, helping athletes become more complete and instinctive players.
As a base running instructor, Alicia emphasizes game awareness, quick decision-making, and efficient movement—skills that are often overlooked but essential for competitive play.
